Hey - I'm so glad you've found this site and are reaching out for help. I have an undergrad in Psychology, am ex-Military and have traveled to 27 countries. I've survived two rapes, overcoming obesity, self-harm, a suicide attempt, and have survived the death of over a dozen friends/family members. I love CrossFit, yoga, philosophy, spirituality, and old literature. I have one child, a high-maintenance husband, two cats, and a dog.
