Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Your scars me itch for various reasons but mine would because I would remember the pain and how it got on my body, whenever I think about it and look down at my scars I can imagine the pain or itchiness of the healing again. But that is the past

Scars can itch because of possible inflammation under the skin, but even so sometimes they itch just because and this is part of the natural healing process. I managed to fall and skin my knee down to the bone a few years back and every so often it feels itchy, but slowly I notice it less and less as it heals more fully.
Probably because they are still healing. If you itch them, it starts the healing process all over again, and won't be very comfortable for you. Try putting Band-Aids over your scars, to try to help them heal. Stay strong!

Itching scars is a sign of healing, this means that your body is on the way to mend, some people's bodies heal faster than others. Diet, sleep and hydration all play important factors.
It could either be that they are still healing or it could be a little nerve damage. It just depends on how deep the cur was.
Your scars are reminders of what you did in the past. A lot of times when you think about cutting again you might get the sensation that your sars are itching.
they'll always be there, invisible but you'll always carry them with you. They're a part of you, you'll learn from them. Remember, everything happens for a reason.
I find that the heat and cold cause my scars to itch, I also find that if there is lots of pollen and allergenics around it can inflame them. Also sunburn and exposure.

Sometimes old scars will itch, and that's generally due to either an infection or new cell growth.

Have they completely healed? When scars are completely healed they don't normally itch anymore. It might be helpful to use some ointment on them if the itching is bothersome.

They are starting to heal. Whenever your scars are healing, they star itching, as a sign to your body that they are healing themselves.

I think your scars still itch because they're healing. It can take a while before they will stop itching. But eventually they will do.

Itchy scars can be horrible especially when we are trying to refrain from self harm. The itching sensation is the scars healing - nurtue them when a moisturiser or vitamin e oil it will help soothe the itching and be a visible reminder than you are nurturing yourself and allowing yourself to heal
Scars take a long time to heal, the skin has to mend, and when it does the scar tissue underneath it can be quite irritable. If you are concerned you should visit your doctor to make sure there isn't an infection.

I believe that scars still itch after awhile because the skin is still in recovery from what we've done to them....

It's the skin trying to heal itself. Try not to scratch them if you want the scars to be almost invisible
