Deep down in this emotional roller coaster, there’s an urchin that is stuck to a snorkelers fin. She kicks and kicks, but cannot shake the cling of depression.
Having battled many urchins of depression, I am here to listen.

she seem to speak out of true empathy. Either from self/traditional education or experience she have a general understanding of mental anguish and are very sensitive to it. She is pretty easy to talk to but not pushy, She's good at reassuring sanity. :)
