Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

To get rid of self harm scars I would suggest putting some coconut oil on it even cocoa butter and also keep it moisturize
Unfortunately they are going to take some time to heal naturally but scar cream like mederma may help. Lemon juice is known to have bleaching properties and coconut butter may help the skin also.

Always talking with a professional would help a lot with this. Realize why you are doing this and try to do something else instead of self harm scars. ie: Martial arts, boxing, stress reduction techniques as squeezing a soft ball or exercising.
Bio oil is amazing to help with scarring! They sell it at most GNC's, CVS and boots if you're in the UK.
BIO OIL!!! Bio Oil is cheap, just apply it to the scars every morning/night and they will fade so fast you wouldn't believe it.
Vitamin E oil helps lessen them, but I'm not sure if they will ever fully disappear. They are part of what made you they will probably always be there, but remember scars are are like beautiful art work on your body, telling the story of how strong you are.

There is very little one can do to remove scars. Scars are permanent. Some companies claim to be able to help remove or reduce them but rarely do what they claim.
They have lotion that reduces the apperence of scars youll have to do research or make up that's the easiest.
Many topical medications lighten and heal scars, that's what I have done. See a dermatologist to prescribe more powerful creams. People also commonly use tattoos to cover the scars that won't go away completely. ~ Love, Olivia.
Bio oil may help to make them fade slightly, i put make up on mine as it is a quick and easy solution, i would suggest bio oil if you have it at home
You don't have to. I think scars a beautiful. They show how strong you are. You should never have to feel ashamed of them.
If you mix vitamin e oil with baking soda in to a paste and wet the affected area and scrubthe paste on there. It can get rid of discoloration and puffiness of the scar.

Scars will fade eventually, but there are medicines available to speed the process. If you feel comfortable, ask your doctor or look online for good lotions or medications to assist the process. For a very short term solution, consider covering them with makeup or body paint.

Unfortunately, self harm scars can only fade with time. They do, however, serve as a good reminder that self harm is not a permanent solution, and it is a dangerous thing to turn to. It can become an addiction, just like drinking. If you are having trouble with self harm, please seek professional help. You deserve to be happy!
Try to just leave for a while and keep them clean! It'll help a lot, I promise! Specially when you just be clean for a long time and not self harm for a long time.
From my point of view, I think that scars are not worth hiding.
Scars are very very beautiful
They are like tattoos, but with like way better meaning ;)

Unfortunately self harm scars will stay forever, some may disappear over time but if they are deep enough they will stay longer.

first you need to make sure they dont get infected ( neosporin and band aids) then once they are healed but lotion on them and make sure you are eating healthy and drinking water
Scars are scars, they will stay no matter what. There are oils that can reduce the visibility of scars or you can use make up.
I would suggest going to the nearest store and buying some scar scream. Apply it at least 3 times a day for about 4 months. If not, use makeup to cover it.

I would never encourage self harm in the first place, Getting rid of the scar will not get rid of the story behind the scar. Som scars can be permanent and will only fade but not fully go away.
The best way to get rid of the scars is to just wait. There really is nothing you can do to remove them or heal them quicker. I know from personal experience. After three years they are still visible.

You can use Mederma which is a gel used on scarring , which helps you minimise and event get rid of the visibility of scars
First of all, stop harming yourself. We both know full well that self harm won't be doing any good. Second, you apply safe and non-allergic cream/s on the scars for it to slowly fade away.

To get rid of them I would try to use makeup or find some medicine specifically used for getting rid of scars. One that I used to help minimize the show in the scar was a cream called Mederma Advanced Scar Gel. Hope that helped.
Use bio oil, Also polysporin it will do wonders. Put cream on it daily, But mainly give them time to fade :)
moisturise, leave scabs well alone, never re-open the skin, try not too itch or scratch angrily. There are creams available you can try.
You can use some creams that can help recover scars and make them heal faster. Some people use certain make up that can cover up scars to hide it, so it looks more faded, so others can't see your scars so much.
What works best I think is baby oil. Plus baby oil is cheap, available and not obvious as to why you have it :)
Self harm scars can only disappear by themselves, and it can last from weeks to years, but you can always cover them with your clothes or makeup products.
