Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Apply cocoa butter lotion twice day on the skin. It'll be slow but it'll heal. Find other scar-healing creams for faster result.
I use bio oil to lessen the look of the scars nothing really takes them away but bio oil fades the scars
from personal experience of having scars all over my body , the best way to get rid of self harm scars are to let them be . sometimes if you try to make them go away in a non-natural way they might become brighter and might not fade . so just let them heal naturally !
Try to use some creams from the drugstore that they have in the bandaid isle. You could consider covering them with clothing, accessories, or even tattoos. Whether you choose to cover them or not, they represent a time of your life and are not something you should be ashamed of.
Getting rid of them is really hard, it depends on you skin and you might be best off seeing a demotologist. I find Bio oil really helps and coconut oil as well fades them a bit, lots of people swear by taking various vitamins et cetera.

Keeping the wound moisturized while healing will make it less visible (you can get disinfecting creams at the drug store specifically for this). Tend to it and never pick at it. When fully healed, it is possible to get laser surgery to make the scars less visible, or you can get a tattoo cover-up. Most tattoo studios have plenty of examples of their cover-up jobs, you can look at their website or go to a studio and ask them.
bio oil is good for scars, though of course it still takes time. Ive found that it helps them to fade quicker

Exfoliating and moisturizing scars will help with getting rid of the old skin cells and encouraging new skin cells to grow. Of course, it depends on the depth/size of the scar, and scars in general (in my experience) take a while to fade, but gradually they will lose their appearance.
That depends on how deep they are, but the aloe is very good at helping to erase all type of cicarices although take a while, be patient with your scars, I know you want them erased soon but everything has its process and ideally is learn from it ^^
Vitamin E is the best way to reduce scars. If you feel as thought your scars are bothering you and you want them to be reduced, i recommend Bio-Oil (which has Vitamin E) or to use Vitamin E capsules with a moisturizer.

Me personally, I simply hid mine until eventually they decided to fade, or what you can do, is carefully rub some Vitamin E onto the scars, some will go away, some might not in which it depends on how deep the scars are.
When I self harmed, I would make an excuse to have bandages or band-aids in that area. Like I burned myself, dog bit me, cat scratched me. Also do your best to not self harm, slowly try to restrict and heal completely if possible. Or try to vent in other ways.
there a lot of tips on the internet on what creams, home remedies and such can help remove scars that have shown your battle.
You should treat your wound and not just hide it cause it may get infected you should clean your wound with alco gel or methnol and put a plaster on it if the plaster will be in a embarssing location in your body or that there are too many and it will give you away you shuold try hide it in ways like wearing long shirts and pants and keep cleaning the wound use wounds creams and wash your wound often in general take a shower at least once a day becaue iy will help the skeen regenarte itself and showers makes pepole feel better
Coconut oil and vitamin E can help but it'll take a while
There are oils that you can buy to put on your skin everyday for so long that make them fade. The same thing that is used for stretch marks, I believe.
I don't self-harm but I do know that Vitamin E oil is an effective way to naturally heal scars. I had surgery years ago and I used it to reduce visibility.
there are a couple of ways, While most of them won’t completely remove scars, they will help to minimize their appearance making you feel more comfortable about your body. you can use over the counter remedies like bio-oil or a silicon gel sheest which will reduce them over a period of 2-4 months. there is also a selection of creams you can use such as Revitol Scar Cream. or you can turn down the medical route and go for dermabrasion which removes the top layer of skin initiating the healing process, scar revision which changes the way a scar looks or a skin graft. there are natural remedies that I used to use that I thought worked really well including rubbing vitamin e or olive oil on them. hope this helps :)
I use bio-oil & raw vitamin E. I, also, use coconut-based petroleum jelly (vaseline) and masses the wounds once they have healed over a bit. Massaging reduces swelling and vitamin E & petroleum jelly (vaseline) help rid of the colour & minor swelling. If the scars are small, tanning over them is a good solution. If they are big, you may have more trouble.
Bio oil is good, it heals skin and fast

The best way to get rid of self harm scars is to not get them in the first place. If this does happen though, you can always try using anti-scar creams that should minimize the scar over time, of course only when it's already a scar. And to prevent the cut becoming too bad of a scar, you should take good care of it and keep it clean. If you have doubts of your scar being infected, visit a school nurse or a doctor.
Vitamin E Oil, or lotion with Vitamin E in it. It helps clear up and relieve scarring.
For long-term treatment, use aloe gel. It's really helpful. There are also specific scar creams you can get from the local pharmacy -- even things like eczema cream work to help heal scars. For a short-term coverup you can use makeup or just wear long sleeves.
you can never "get rid" of them if the original cuts were deep enough - unless you get some sort of a surgery or procedure to have them covered
there are ointments in the medical stores available for scar removal.if they still happen to appear, consult a surgeon for a plastic surgery.

Physical scars... You'll have to wait until they fade, or use some whitening lotion/stickers. Mental scars... They're hard to heal.
