Day 5: Daily Mental Health Check-in
t’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally and emotionally in tune.

How am I feeling today? (Mentally and Physically)
I'm still a bit stressed, but I'm okay in both the mental and physical aspects. I'm happy that I managed to solve a problem regarding my upcoming job, and recently I earned my certificate for one of the training sessions I have to do. If I have the energy to do so, I might exercise later with at least one of my friends.
What's taking up most of my headspace?
Trying to figure out school and work, hehe. 😅
How was the week for you?
Stressful, but not entirely bad. My boyfriend played a big role in being my emotional support every time I went into what I call "sad potato" and "anxious potato" mode. He's the best ♥️
What are your plans for the weekend?
I might go to the movies with my boyfriend and a couple of our friends, and I definitely have to keep working on the things required for my job.

well, I have had a bad tension headache for the past few days. Im anxious most of the time for no specific reason. Physical, besides the headache, I just don't have any energy for anything.

Tbh, I'm thinking about how alone I am most of the time. I just feel so isolated inside my head.
▪How was the week for you?
It was okay. Not much going on
▪what are your plans for the weekend?
Nothing, I'll keep reading my book, spending time with my family and nothing more.

maybe get my nails done and hair done and do some online shopping!

My week was somewhat chaotic and stressful
I have a Dance Competition tomorrow and I don’t know what my plans are for the rest of my weekend.

- i'm feeling pretty okay right now. i've been kinda tired, but listening to some nice music and making tea
- a lot of deadlines, keeping my grades up and family stress and things
- the week was pretty tough because i just got back into in-person school and that was a bit hard to transition after being home for a month
- im hoping i can stay home and work on writing, but if not then heading out to the grocery store
I hope you can be peaceful, in the midst of so many things! May you be able to balance your hobbies well! Also I wish you the ability to ease back in and have a relaxing start to school ^_^

I feel mentally an physically drained.
My past trauma and present living conditions/mental health conditions are taking up most of my head space.
The week was a rollercoaster.
My plans are to take one hour at a time, rest, digest information and emotions and try and find a reason to keep living.
