Day 5: Daily Mental Health Check-in
t’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally and emotionally in tune.

Hello. Feeling jumpy and lonely. It's snowing. Would be nice to share my day with someone.

Mentally- I feel a little overwhelmed and cluttered
Physically- I feel refreshed after a good night's sleep

Trying to figure out how to balance family, school and work.

Overall, manageable.

Mentally a bit down even though don't know the cause. Physically tired because I was outside whole day.

Week-end just ended haha, it was a fun week-end tho.

I had surgery on my foot, my siblings have corona and I don't really know who to talk to

Mentally I am emotionally exhausted and it is time to make a bit of time for myself, but physically I feel strong and content because I am working toward goals for a healthier me by doing my yoga everyday.

What’s taking up most of my headspace?
What is taking up most of my headspace is relationships in my life that are not based on the premise of kindness, love, and respect. I cannot make space with these relationships at the present time. I work hard to love myself and not expect love from these relationships (these people are not in a place where they are able to reciprocate)

How was the week for you?
My week was over all pretty good. There were rollercoaster moments and times I got down into the mud and I should not have. I notice these times and work to remain non-reactive because I cannot exit the interaction safely. I will be more focused on holding on to myself in these moments, because I know they will come again.

What are your plans for the weekend?
My plans for the weekend are to take time for myself before the next week starts. I have a big next week coming up and want to start on a wonderful foot. I will laugh with my kids, spend time in the snow (we don't get snow a lot, so there is a lot of beauty to take in this weekend), cook some healthy meals, do some reading for fun, and cozy up to some coffee and a warm blanket on my couch.

I’ve been going to physical therapy and I can’t help but feel weak watching the track kids run around me while I’m injured

My friend group has seemed to abandon me due to their own conflicts and personal things and my only friend rn is moving away to a charter school at the end of the year

besides that it’s been ok. I’ve been trying to wear cute outfits everyday to keep myself happy.

• im terribly tired. i keep eating, and I hate myself for it. my mind feels like a numb hole I'm desperately trying to fill.
• the week was said, pretty in between. i went out and had fun sure. though, my ex-boyfriend did breakup with me on wednesday... it's just hard.
•my plans for the weekend are pretty dull, as in watch movues and get high. but i can practise a little more yoga i guess. i should exercise and lose some. ihave to catch up on some doctors appointments on friday, hopefully i have the energy for that. i need to see my psychiatrist.
