Day 5: Daily Mental Health Check-in

t’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally and emotionally in tune.

1). I'm feeling ok so far,today. It's only 11:17am.

2). My head space is full of stress for everything and worry.

3). My week was good had a blast yesterday at my church gathering.

4). Idk yet what my plans are for the future weekend.

    Honestly, I feel angry and also emotional.

    A thought/memory of something that happened in the past involving my boyfriend and his 1st BM (babymama).

    It was alright, tried to keep my mind occupied but it's so hard.

  • What are your plans for the weekend?

    The usual, relax with my children.

    Mentally, very off and sad at the moment. Physically tense.

  • What’s taking up most of my headspace?

    Trying to figure out how to manage my sad feelings. I'm sure I can get myself to feel better somehow. Part of that is coming here.

    It was going amazing until about an hour or two ago.

  • What are your plans for the weekend?

    I haven't thought about it. Maybe watch the Frozen movies and see if Sing 2 has become any cheaper.

    Overall okay but slightly struggling with recurring thoughts about an uncertain future.

    Thinking of ways to distract myself from those thoughts.

    Uneventful but alright

    See a friend, take a walk, and work on my personal projects

How am I feeling today? Mentally and physically exhausted. Feeling sad, overwhelmed and helpless.


What's taking up most of my headspace? Anger towards my ex.


How was the week for you? Mentally and physically exhausting, overcoming a cold, while dealing with the onset of a depressive episode.


What are you plans for the weekend? Dropping my son to my ex for the weekend. Staying dry and safe from the rain and flooding in my area.

    I think my social anxiety is getting back. Uni applications.

    I had my first panic attack of the year. I thought I had leave them behind... confusing, exhausting.

    Shopping a friend's birthday gift. Watch some series. Study. Read.
