When I’m feeling sad, I try to give myself permission to feel that way without judgment. It’s okay to be sad sometimes. I usually take a moment to reflect on what's causing the sadness and then allow myself to just sit with it for a while, without rushing to "fix" it. It can be comforting to talk about what’s going on, so sometimes I reach out to someone I trust or simply write my thoughts down. It helps me process things. I also try to do small things that bring me comfort, like taking a walk, listening to music, or just resting. Everyone handles sadness differently, but what matters most is being kind to yourself during those times. How about you? What helps you when you're feeling down?
Eating helps me but it's not recommended because you may put on and it will become habit
Whenever you become sad you will eat and your mind will train you to become more sad and eat everyday heavily
Another thing i use is being courageous
Whenever I feel sad i remember that this life is full of puzzles and problems. Nothing is permanent. You can't change people's mind and can't control anything so just be courageous of what you are and what you do
