@amiableBlackberry92 Hello. Sorry I am a lil slow getting back to ya. One of those days. Yes I will take your rain. All of it. I really am a storm person. It energizes me. I have always loved gloomy/rainy weather. It brings me peace.
The 80s were my years for music also and I had a big collection of cassettes back then as well. I was mostly a rock n roller back then. I have since mellowed in my music tastes. Although there are a few rock bands I currently listen to such as Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Seether But I lean more towards artists like SYMIL now.
Oh and I got to thinkin and changed my mind about becoming a listener. I signed up and am part way thru the process. I am using the same name as I do here. I should be up and running pretty soon.

@Johnnybgud5150 Hi John not to make light of your situation but I’m 59 and was diagnosed with several physical issues back in October of 2020 and I’m still Dealing with them today. I joined 7cups in May of 2023 and found Several different people who are willing to hear me vent or just chat with Me . Both Listeners and just other members this site has made a huge difference in my daily life and I Highly recommend that you give it a try . I don’t think you will be disappointed. OnlyDarkness . ps. And if you ever need someone to vent to or just chat I’m usually on in the early morning hours Pct . Look forward to chatting .
@OnlyDarkness I appreciate you reaching out. I am learning how this site works and have chatted with a listener on 2 occasions. I am sure it can be a very positive place. My only concern at this time is that conversations are totally public unless chatting with a listener. I wish pm was an option for all. I will share certain things with certain people but not for the world to see.

I was so embarrassed I most of chatted with her for like ten minutes before I remembered it was open chat . Never again I said. Sometimes my brains don’t work just right. I also wish they would come up with someway to dm other members. Later Gater.
