Hey I'm not sure where to ask, but I was wondering how to help maybe physical discomforts during s'ual triggers?
I'm male and I don't mean arousal, I'll end up cutting those organs off if it keeps doing that. I really can't compare the type of discomfort with anything, and libido already feels uncomfortable when things feel too intensely triggering. I don't know how to cope.
I'm still working on a lot of things to get to professionals, doctors or clinical people, and I haven't for an array of reasons. And apart from intense fear and panic over clinical settings/people, disclosing personal information and these types of subjects, I somehow just noticed that I might also need to work on intimacy (on a friendship or clinical level). I've never had anything safe for it. So if you've any readings or videos regarding intimacy in those settings I would really appreciate it. Idk what to do for that either

Really sorry, is that a snarky question(?), because it just feels gratuitous if so. It feels extremely lonely to answer otherwise, since I'd need more genuine support and can't have it right now, and haven't had any for these things. Don't be sorry. I don't mean it in a snarky way. Im genuinely concerned. If you aren't feeling well I recommend coming to the group chat rooms! Its very supportive and it help you not feel alone overall.
Or maybe ways to cope or process better those aspects

@ScaredLongNeckedFrend bump, can't describe the discomfort from the sort of panic. Can't feel ok with m' while alone all too much. Not sure how to restart working on it, one thing felt safe for awhile so it's confusing right now.
