3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
well, certainly more like a failed sequence of activities
1. decided to remove the window film to brighten room. bad idea. room did not brighten much, worse no more "privacy". plus additional sun glare on monitor display. lost of energy due to excessive effort to remove the old film.
2. (anorexic afrid triggering warning) over eat, binged on homemade biscuits. too much fibre overload. stomach cramp. decided to depend on laxative to ease bowels. bad idea.
3. wasted electricity to bake foods, while i just "binged" and decided to hurt myself only in the end.
