3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

Here are my three key things π
- I helped various numbers of people today to feel better about themselves which was really nice.
- I had a test today and since I revised Im pretty sure I did well.
- Also Ive been targeting myself to drink more water which Im doing and it feels refreshing

Simple things like talking about what's on our mind can make all the difference! I am glad you found it helpful

Managing emotions and staying on to of our work is important. You are doing great!
1. I went outside of my house to have lunch with my parents

3. I didnt cancel my doctors appointment at the last moment
