3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
1. opened up about what has been going on with me lately.
2. walked my dog and let her cuddle with me for a bit
3. recognized that i need more support than i thought i did battling the issues that i am facing

1. weekly company call
2. community team meeting to discuss final preparation for community building book and conceptualize some cool new central activities to bridge gaps in community (stay tuned for that)

Ive come back onto 7cups after quite some time! I forgot how amazing and rewarding it feels teaching my coping mechanisms and knowledge ive learned through personal experiances! Theres no better feeling in the world when you realise you've made a positive impact on someone.
