Hello strong person! (Please read my profile).
My name is Jack and I make it a big part of my life to help people with anxiety disorders and depression. I will help you by listening, and teaching you coping mechanisms I have learned throughout my life.
A little bit about me...
The main troubles in my life have been anxiety and depression. It completely took control of my whole existence. This led to dissociation disorders like, derealization/ depersonalisation, brain fog and ive experienced many anxiety disorders from panic attacks to hypercondria.
I've suffered with these issues on and off for nearly 10 years and I'm still learning about them and how to deal with them. I've made a tremendous amount of progress, (im nearly fully recovered) and i'd love to share what I've learned with all of you. I'm living proof that things really will get better!
Be Proud Of Yourself
You're doing something great if you are here! It's okay to ask for help, and it's okay to feel the way you do. Everyone has their own story and have gone down their paths to lead them to feeling the way they do at this present moment in time. So whatever you're feeling it's completely natural and normal! Reaching out for help is the hardest step towards recovery so hold your head up high.
"Penny for your thoughts"
Think about your mental health as a wound on your body. For it to recover you must clean out the effected area for a chance for it to be healthy again and stop it from turning into something worse... even though this hurts its all for the better! Its the same with your mental health. Its important to dive back into your mind to find out what the initial causes and triggers are... after that realization, you can then work toward your plan of action to finally defeat it!
One Last Thing...
Your mind will believe anything you tell it. So feed it hope, feed it the truth and feed it with love! When you get through whatever it is you are suffering with, you will be the best person you have ever been!
So please feel free to share your thoughts and talk with me.
IMPORTANT NOTE -
(I only log on here to help people who are in serious need of support with anxiety and depression disorders. I would love to help everyone of course, however if you dont fit into this category please choose another listener that will be more beneficial for you).
Thank you for reading my profile.
Kind regards, Jack.

Feedback & Reviews
he helped me so much I feel much better rn , he's really amazing I appreciate him 🙏
Awesome I loved it he helped me out so much with my sister
Helpful chat, their feedback was similar to what I've worked on in therapy and it felt helpful to be redirected that way again to help my anxiety. AskJackS put me on the right path in helping me feel confident in asking for help, and recognizing some steps I can take.
Jack is probably one of the best listeners I've talked with so far. He's really compassionate and understanding of whatever your situation is and will talk you through it. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and nice!
Amazing listener! We had an actual conversation, very insightful, caring and helpful!
Such an amazing help, my first port of call in a really troublesome situation and I couldn’t have asked for better. If you’re wary of talking to someone, this is the guy for you - so comforting and understanding, exactly what you need to open up and help yourself!
