3 Key Things!

Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

1. Performed in a mental health awarness campaign for 400 persons.

2. Went to the gym.

3. Had quality time with my friends.

3 key things :

1. spent quality time with my cousin and my friends today. we laughed a lot.

2. tryed to pay more attention on periods, even tho ADHD wasn't very cooperative

3. my hard work really paid off because I've got an A from my biology assignment.

My day is still going on but here is what I did today:

- Had a really productive meeting at the office.

- Had a good conversation with 2 work colleagues.

- Maintained my composure even when I am facing a really big personal crisis.
