I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

@imfeelingbettereveryday

It's definitely a challenge when hormones go crazy. I have that issue too. Remember no matter what happens, or how you feel, you're doing the best you can at any given moment.

@BatmanChick007

That's amazing! That's a long time to stay clean, and from experience I know there are rough patches after a while (I'm there myself right now). Please try to keep going no matter how hard it gets. I believe in you. Even if you do end up relapsing, I challenge you to get right back up and try again. Good luck!

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to say you are all amazing <3

Even one day ( sometimes hour by hour) is an amazing accomplishent!

And even if your self harm free streak stops, and if have to start over, you are still amazing because you are trying!

Never be ashamed of starting over.

That is Not failure.

The only way to fail is to give up.

I love you all <3
