how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

Since 2005 but its not like the idea ever goes away.
@Greentown2017 yes recovery is long time process and the urges can get back all over again after many years. I know it can be hard to deal with these urges and to stay clean but you already made more than 10 years self harm free it's something that makes me believe everyone can stop <3 Thanks for sharing with us and if you ever need to talk - me or any other listener is always here or you <3

@Dxprxssxdgrl01 ohh why " :( "? I think that 3 months is amazing achievment, it's almost 100 days, wow :O I assume it took a lot of strenght to make this happen and I believe you can make even more! Recovery it's long time process and it's not hard so I am interested how are you feeling?
@RaCat It was very hard for me because I also deal with social anxiety and depression and whenever I fell like I needed to cut, I used to draw something on my wrists. Something beautiful that will remains me that there's always hope. Now I feel a little better, but the anxiety and depression are still here and sometimes I feel like I can't battle with them anymore.
@Dxprxssxdgrl01 yeah i can understand that anxiety and depression is making you feel down and then you are seing self harm as an option. I can't imgine what it feels like to suffer from all these things but it seems to me that you are dealing amazing, you are self harm free for awhile, you are coming here and talking abou your feelings - it's very brave, thanks <3

@Angela2502 congratulations dear! I am proud of you as well! I know it was really hard for you to stay two days sel harm free but you did it, it's your first milestone in your recovery path! I know i can be hard to deal with all the emotional pain you are feeling and you think you will not be able to stay clean but always remember that everything is possible. if you feel that you want to hurt yourself you can always contact me or any other active listener. and if you relapse - that's fine, it's the part of recovery.
