how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

It started as 2 years but then a couple of months ago I fell apart and now I keep cutting again and again.

@Livewildflowerchild thanks so much for your kind words! I know I'm never alone I just tend to forget that a lot... But I haven't cut since so I'm about a week clean now! ☺

@alexaners7734 I am sure she didnt mean to do it, but sometimes it could be really hard to stay calm and ok when parents are making us feel bad again and again :) you are qmazing for staying so long!

@RaCat can't say I won yet. I still have to take it one day at a time. Some days are much harder than others. I keep counting so it can show me what I would give up to give in

I am 1 year 7 months 2 weeks and 3 days! I recently had a miscarriage and that was very hard on me. I pulled through and didn't self harm. :)
@CiaraKitty I am so proud to see such a long time and know you won the battle yesterday! Keep going, we are here with you! You are amazing :)
