how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

I am 0 days clean unfortunately. It was bound to happen with school starting up again

the urge is bac w\ a vengance....
especially since my dad told me my life use 2 not b so choatic 1 yr ago.(wen i used 2 cut) and that i need more control of my life.
then mom disowned me wen my puppy died 2day.
Oh @alexaners7734, I'm really sorry to read of that all. It's a really tough time for you at the moment.
You're doing a good thing finding outlets such as these to get those feelings out. Well done!

I've been self harm free for over 6 months now but I still have to fight the urge every day. There have been so many moments where i've felt like total trash and even lately it's getting incredibly hard.
It's always a fight.

It totally can be a fight but the thing that I love about your post is that while it's fight, you've fought through to six months. That's pretty inspirational.

my 10months and 23days will go out the window, if my parents and coworkers get their wish and i no longer work at my job i hav had the whole time....the 1 that kept me sane enuff 2 last this long w\o cutting.
