It can be scary to confront people because....
They might judge me or go against me if I confront them. They might even be angry with me,so, I tend to avoid them.
Because of my PTSD, I am afraid of how people will react and often create overly dramatic consequences
Confrontation is not really scary for me. Unless it is some one close to me.
Because I'm terrified of being misinterpreted
this happens to me regularly these days from now on i will keep my opinions to myself not worth the agro and plus you look stupid in process@Snupit7
My childhood days was full of shouting, Mum being bullied by family members. There was shouting almost everyday, Mum crying... I guess that has made me the person I am today I dont like and avoid confrontation. Sometimes I dont think its worth it and Im just passive. I guess most of the times its because I dont want to cause conflict, and think its better if we all just got on... but then I am too soft and I am the people who other people take advantage of.
It can be scary to confront people because you might lose them as
I could be wrong and they could react by being petty and vindictive later.
They can become hostile and retaliate or don't understand or say hurtful things or become aggressive or vengeful.
they do it for their own insecurities especially if they have power@Lolowise475
Yes it very sick especially if you are in a subordinate employee-employer relationship.@tallSugar4889
this just kind of happened to me last week they take it the wrong way they argue then i end up giving in and saying sorry
It can be scary because the may lose respect for you. Or, even worse, you lose respect for you for waiting so long.
