...See more Hard week due a lot of triggers of unexpected triggers. I'm am reaching out to support daily now. I need this to feel safe because so much uncertainty and stress in my life at the moment. I just want calm and peace and to feel safe and get d3c3nt rest. So in the midst of chaos in my mind and in my environment I'm seeking to achieve this for myself one step and day and minute at a time.
