Talking to someone about a sensitive subject can be hard because you may not know how they will react. Also a productive conversation can quickly turn into an argument.
They could be aggresive in some way meaning verbal, physical or emotionally. And it's hard because you don't want to hurt or offense someone else. It's just that you felt hurt byt something said or done.
