@Heather225 hi I'm lola, I'm really struggling to keep it all together, it's my sons birthday on July 30th it's still several weeks away. But I'm sad. Hearing things in my mind, flashbacks and just mentally failing, but I'm trying not to let it get me spiralling into deep depression like last year😥 I don't want you to pray for me, but please pray for Joshua (my son) all I want is for him to be happy and loved and safe up in heaven. He'll be 13 in July I hope he has a parent figure to help him through is teenage years. I love you Joshua

My ear is infected and plugged up. Id like to ask for prayers of healing to get this pain gone. Ive been battling this ear infection for 4 days now and have been prescribed ear drops to hopefully cure it. But i feel like they arent doing anything. Please help me to get rid of this infection. I beilive god can cure this but i need your help. I feel as if god only listens to those around me.

Dear lord grant me strength to cary on in the toughest of times. Help me to acept the things i cannot change. Give me the courage to stand up for whats right even if its impossible to do so. God forgive me for what i do or say for i dont know if i am always doing the right things. I know I try to do whats right in your name even though it always feels like i cant. On this day i beg for forgiveness for all the things i have done wrong because i have a burning care of passion to do whats right and i know i am unworthy of forgiveness. I cry in pain not in flesh but in my soul that i may one day not just hear you but understand you lord. I cry in pain because i want to be helpfull to you in any way i can and i dont know what to do. Im scared and im vulnerable when i open my heart so with everthing i have said and for everything i have come to know of you give me a sign. A sign that you know me. A sign that your in my life. A sign that you can hear me. A sign that will give me hope so i dont live in fear. A sign that will let me know you are in my life. A sign that im not alone.

Saved Only By Grace

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.-1 Timothy 1:15

Paul wasn't just acting humble when he declared that he was the worst of sinners. He never forgot that, in his blind zeal, he had arrested and tortured numerous Christians and urged that they be killed. Looking back years later, he stated that any righteousness he once thought he'd had was "rubbish" (Philippians 3:8)

Why did God choose such a sinner for one of His leading apostles? Paul explained that God wanted to show by his example that there was no person so sinful that He couldn't redeem them (1 Timothy 1:16).

However, sometimes after you've been serving the Lord for a few years, you can forget what a bad state you were once in. You can begin to think that you're quite righteous and can even start to believe that you're good enough to make it on your own. But remind yourself what Jesus saved you from, and that it was by His Grace you were saved, not your own goodness. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

All Things New

A relationship with Jesus invites you to do things you never thought you could do. Somehow, impossible reactions become possible. Jesus helps you forgive when you'd normally hold a grudge, love when it would be easier to hate, and share when you'd like to withhold. You become generous in love, Grace, and gentleness toward those who enter your life...and not because you'er expecting anything in return.

God accomplished this by entering into a covenant with you.

A covenant is a contract that God has bound Himself to fulfill. God brings all the positive attributes and resources-grace, forgiveness, and love. It seems unfair. You get everything and He doesn't seem to get much, but this is the covenant God gladly accepts.

Once you have access to all God offers, you find your perceptions, attitudes, and thoughts changed. You come to Jesus just as you are, but you don't stay that way.

God, always remind me that when I accept Christ, I enter into a covenant with You, and You will always uphold Your promises. Help me to rejoice in my new life.
