yep i lived in a ghetto trailer that had a bunch of brown recluse spiders. when i was a baby i had a crib in my moms room an apparently she had a lot of those spiders in her closet and one day one bit me. she noticed the bite tho and got me to the doc. im glad that happened when i was a baby and not now cuz that would be rlly annoying to have to go thru all that wouldn't it
thanks for saying i deserved a good childhood. I've come to terms to the fact that my childhood sucked, its fine. its not a death sentence to my life. i can still have a happy future. plus a lot of ppl had way worse childhoods than me for example most my friends had such horrible childhoods and they're traumatized. but me im not traumatized i don't rllt have mental issues as a result. and i am grateful for that bc i know tons of ppl out there suffer badly. i always try to be there for the ppl i know who have those big issues
one guy i knew tho. he used to threaten to do things to himself all the time. we were young teens so i couldn't get him any type of help i had no money. his mom wouldn't get him help. he used to act asif i was his therapist and i used to have to convince him almost every single day to not do anything bad to himself and one day i had enough bc it was rlly draining me. i was going thru stuff too not as bad as him but still i had my own life. so slowly i stopped talking to him. i do hope the guy is doing better now but i just cant stand if ppl pretend i am their therapist. and when he threatened to do things to himself it scared me. he would send me pics of weapons or stuff that he had. and we far away i couldn't help. all i could do was talk to him. i don't understand why he put me in that position. idk if he enjoyed putting me in that position or what. i was like the only person he talked to so there was a lot of pressure on me. i didnt like that stress. it rllt stressed me out a lot

I am glad for you too. and I have been lucky in this regard as well. and it's very sweet of you to be of support for others, you help a lot of people here in the community and I am sure you try your best in real life (outside of 7cups) too.
oh my, I really hope he is safe now. but I agree, mareo. sometimes helping people who literally see you as their therapist can be very draining, I really relate. it's brave of you to stop and draw some boundaries, it's healthy for both of you. as much as we want to help others, we can't be someone's mental health clinic. sharing as a friend is okay but sometimes it does feel like people depend too much on others, and it can create pressure on their friendship and make both the parties guilty or something like that. dang pictures of weapons, that sounds very scary and it must have worried you so much. I know that he struggled but it's not nice to do and it wasn't fair to put you in this position. if a person doesn't have any support system, they really cling to what they get and hold on to that, I am guessing that what happened. that's pretty bad for both you and him, I hope he's safe and you don't have to feel so emotionally drained again. self-care > everything else. hugs, you've been a good friend to him. and it's also good that you let him go when you could, it must have felt hard but you got to take care of yourself too. I pray he's safe and doing better now and he finds the support he needs.

those are some very cool things to watch! I sometimes watch ASMR videos too. I don't know but my YouTube feed is very weird. I watch some reaction channels but like, I don't think they are the kind you watch. I will check out kubz scouts reaction vids to "true stories" channel. I have watched some criminal documentaries if that's the same thing? I think it's different but I am unsure. music too, yes! Youtube is good for that, I just wish I could close it on my phone and do something else.
okay hear me out, my YouTube watching things are a bit weird XD have you heard of Corpse on YouTube? lately I have been watching some clips of him, he has a very deep voice and people dig his personality, I like him too, I guess. I agree 100% to everything that you have typed here. I forking hate it when someone says "I need you" I hate it so much to the point that if I am in a bad mood and someone says to me "I am here if you need me." like no what the fork, I don't forking need you for anything. Grammarly says my tone is compliant lol. anyway, yeah. I don't like to hear that others think I might need them. I want to have them around and there's a H U G E difference between the two. even if they are coming from a nice place, I just don't like it. codependent relationships are actually not good. needs is an extreme word, you need basic things to live, you indeed do need good people but people don't really get what that means.
and yEs! no one is my favourite person. and just because I am dating someone (which while I am talking about, I'd to add a big lol for no reason) doesn't make them my world *so to speak.* I dislike people who give more importance to romantic relationships. first of all, I don't get it. suddenly a person comes in your life, you get in a relationship and you forget the friend who tied your laces or the one who shared fOoD with you? lol finally someone who cant swim like me seems like everybody and their momma can swim except me lol. its okay Lumie im pretty much over the breakup now. it was more than a year ago and so i made a lot of progress
when it happened tho. id never been thru anything like that so i didn't have a clue how long it would take me to get back to normal. i honest to god thought i would be sad forever which wasn't true. i just had to hang in there take it day by day
eventually at around 4 months later i began to realize hey i feel better,maybe its not the end of the world
but even after a month of two after it i was still rlly sad. i used to just lay there a lot an not do anything. and my grades dropped and i didn't pay attention in school just put ma head down lol. ppl told me to do hobbies to get over her
but actually doing nothing helped me more than doing hobbies. i didn't have energy to do hobbies. i spent a lot of time in my bed doing nothing.
oh yeah and both sunny and livi helped me
anyway now looking back more than a year since. i still think about her from time to time, miss her occasionally but its not sad its just a thought and it doesn't affect me much
I'm happier now that im back w/ livi and i shoulda never dated my ex 2 begin with. my mistake
altho im a lil glad i went thru the breakup. cuz i think ppl gotta go thru a first breakup to get over that phase of feeling like life is over if a breakup happens. ppl who never had a breakup arent as experienced in that, im just glad i had that experience bc i came out stronger and more confident to deal w/ stuff like that. i learned a lot

true, death is inevitable but I agree it's still scary and especially the realization that one's existence will cease to be there anymore. it will be fine, for sure. we just have to make the most out of the time we've got ^^
can't-swim buddies lol. I'm glad you're over the breakup now and made a lot of progress. I get that when the breakup is still fresh and if it's the first one ever, you don't know how long it will last and how you will be okay again, but somehow we know we will be okay. moments like that we wish we knew if everything will be okay but once we do let those moments pass slowly, we realize that everything is okay. breakups or any setback really isn't the end of the world, and it's good you came to that eventually <3
breakups can have that effect, just lying around, grades dropping, not being able to pay attention in classes, not having the energy for hobbies and just doing nothing. I totally get that <3 but it means that your feelings were very real and you were invested in the relationship, that you cared about the other person and the fact that you have to go separate ways, it hurt. you're very brave for putting yourself out there, mareo and not trying to fence yourself in, I know some people do.

I miss my ex from time to time too. and woo, I am glad you are with livi! I agree people have to go through one breakup (at least, I mean) so they realize that life continues long after their breakup, no matter what happens, life goes on and one day, without realizing, you are okay again. you definitely seemed to have learned a lot and I appreciate how far you have come! you are very wise now.

lol. i read that during work last night and i laughed bc i agree a lot, truth or dare sucked. but there's two movies i think, which one did u see, i saw the crappy one on Netflix with the cliffhanger. its just dumb wasn't scary at all and was a waste of time and it was actually more like a comedy at some points especially the part where the guy tried to rob the store and the granny pulled a g.un on him it was just so dumb lol

yea it just sucked i thought it was a cool movie concept but the way they executed it was lame. an i think they should have added more type of scary spirits not an invisible ghost that doesn't even do anything/ they should have added more risk, fear, danger, anticipation. that movie sucked i agree w/ you a lot on that one. and since one of the truth or dare movies sucked i assume the other one does too i don't even wanna waste my time watching it

I saw the one on Netflix too, the one with that weird smile. I lowkey laughed at it the entire time. the cliffhanger was the worst one I have ever seen like what the fork you mean she live-streamed it so she and her best friend live? I didn't like the ending at all. and also the scene where the protagonist sleeps with her best friend's boyfriend, that shirt was awful. I can't believe they would do something like. I don't get why so many movies have to include those scenes in the first place, asexuality should be represented! I don't recall that particular scene because this movie was so dumb but yes, that's dumb. XD
they could have made it better agreed. I wouldn't want to watch it either. good, we agree on how much it sucked. we have good taste in horror movies, I see XD but I'd really laugh if people do consider it horror, it was creepy/poorly made at best and laughable at worst.
