The last time I exercised was
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Let's discuss the last time we exercised. Keep in mind that the time may vary based on your current fitness level that can change as per illness, mental or physical.
When was the last time you exercised and what did you do?
I did a 45 min spin cycle class this morning. I want to give a big congrats and thumbs up to everyone in this thread that keeps trying and moving forward. I'm cheering for you
@CyclingThroughLife yay! Big congrats to you too ππ
@Hope
I went on a run over the weekend and it was my kickstart back to health. I've been working full time and doing a software development course part-time, and my exercise and self-care both got buried in all the business. I felt so weak and out of shape, but I was proud of myself for seeing it through.
Echoing what others have said in the thread, exercise is hit or miss for me. It's one of the things that can help, but I don't believe it is the BEST thing for everyone, at any given time. I think our obsession with vanity has fueled that "exercise always good" mindset.
Been a while since someone posted here. Lets bring it back active and encourage and support each other. I love to give you all kudos and support for taking on a fitness endeavor. I did an hour weight lifting session this morning. Monday and Tuesday I did a 27 mile bike ride each day. Anyone else been active this week?
@Hope
Thank you so much for sharing this.
Last time I exercised was last night and I did a back workout. Since, I'm very regular with my workouts, it was a part of my weekly schedule.
I did a 14 mile bike ride on Tuesday. I did hills. I was going to get in a weight session today but my Dr. appointment went longer than expected. I try to get in a workout every day of the week except Sunday. If I am not regular with them, I tend to slack and not do them. Not always full out hard workouts but at least 30 minutes of some sort of activity. I don't always get it in but I do my best.
i just hit a light leg day, my first leg day after recovering from a leg injury
@Hope I worked out yesterday, and had plans to go today but I oculdn't make it. I have been trying so hard to be consistant but life sometimes gets in the way. Side note: I like to row at the gym.
@seniorcardinal23
Don't get discouraged when life gets in the way. Missing one or two or even three in a row is ok as long as it doesn't become a habit.
It appears we are avi twins ππ
Last time i exercised was on Sunday during my split shift at work
@Hope
I ran 5 miles yesterday and took a quick 30-second to a minute break after every 2 miles
@Hope Last Sunday or Saturday? I have my period this week so I just can't in the meantime. I did 62 jumping jacks with a break in between.
