Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Let's discuss the last time we exercised. Keep in mind that the time may vary based on your current fitness level that can change as per illness, mental or physical.
When was the last time you exercised and what did you do?
Happy Fitness Friday.....I set a goal this week to get in at least an hour of exercise and workouts each day. I reached that goal so far this week with my spin bike rides and a weight lifting session. With the understanding that not everyone is at the same fitness levels and not everyone is able to do all the different types of fitness things and exercises, I encourage everyone reading this to do something active that makes you happy today. You don't have to be extreme, you just have to be consistent. Remember your goal. We all started this fitness/exercise journey for different reasons. Don't lose sight of that. Have a great weekend.
