By Subscribing every time someone posts in the thread, you will get a notification as 'Drink Water - Reminder 💧'
Come and Post here, every time you drink considerable amount of water OR when you complete your daily water quota
You can use this post as your water intake tracker or log. So you will know how much water you have had and how much more to go.
Of course, there are apps for that too. Using this forum can be more effective, as the apps are only seen by you, but here your progress will be shared with the community.

Roused myself enough to make it to the bank just in time; they were walking over to the protective closing locking screen doors.
As I seem to have waged an all-out war on morning, I have to applaud myself *singular clap* for making it somewhere before closing.
Withdrew what was left in my account which was enough for a roll of toilet paper and filtered water refill as the quality of water in my motel/apartment is very, very, very bad.
I felt rich and extremely capable being able to afford these things today.
In the past these things weren't always available.
Perhaps I'm learning a bit of wisdom around what I can and can't control after many years of practice...
