Come and Post here, every time you drink considerable amount of water OR when you complete your daily water quota
You can use this post as your water intake tracker or log. So you will know how much water you have had and how much more to go.
Of course, there are apps for that too. Using this forum can be more effective, as the apps are only seen by you, but here your progress will be shared with the community.

Hi folks! Have you ever wondered how much exactly is 3/4 of a cup? I did, especially when I was baking and some recipes called for this exact measurement. Well, let me tell you, it's equivalent to 12 tablespoons! This can be helpful when you don't have a 3/4 cup measure, but do have a tablespoon. I found this handy piece of information on a very helpful website that's all about volume conversions. You can take a look at it right here source. I hope you find this information as useful as I did!

I'm actively trying to reduce my weight this week so healthy eating and drinking lots of water is pretty important.
I have a jar of jelly beans on my kitchen table. For the past month I've been careful not to grossly overeat but I do suffer from the hand to mouth eating problem. I didn't eat jelly beans every day but a lot of days I would dip into them and have about 8-16 throughout the day.
Now as those colorful little beads are tempting me, I thought about removing them..... BUT instead I'm using that colorful jar to remind me to drink water. An exercise in discipline and the need to break the hand to mouth reflex this week; plus the extra water will help clean out the toxins and curb my cravings.
