If you keep forgetting to drink water, here is how the Mindfulness community can help you.

By Subscribing every time someone posts in the thread, you will get a notification as 'Drink Water - Reminder 💧'
Come and Post here, every time you drink considerable amount of water OR when you complete your daily water quota
You can use this post as your water intake tracker or log. So you will know how much water you have had and how much more to go.
Of course, there are apps for that too. Using this forum can be more effective, as the apps are only seen by you, but here your progress will be shared with the community.

This past week I drank an extra amount of water most of the days :)
Good because Platy is drinking water! Not as good because Platy was drinking lots of water because she had some sort of sickness, virus, illness. Lots of sleep & Lots and lots of water!
Yes, thank you, Platy is feeling much better now. Platy still needs to *take care of self* and go for *more sleep.*

Most of the time here if we are talking about water bottles (not water IN bottles, just water bottles), we are talking about empty water bottles which need to be either 1- reused AKA refilled OR 2-recycled.

😛 why drink water, when you can drink fruit juice
@emotionalTalker2260 - I fully agree, but my dentist does not. He doesn't want me to have anything (basically) with any sugar. Even milk! Can you believe that???
Oh and I was also told by my nutritionist, that eating fruit is better for my body than having fruit juice. (sad me) I think part of the reason for this is there's so much more added to the fruit juice. Unless you make the fruit into juice yourself!

Hi Emo! Yes, freshly squeezed 🍊orange juice is wonderful!! One of our stores sometimes has demonstrations of making the juice in the store - and samples! - with some pre-bottled in the cooler. I like those days. I wish I could bring up my 8 or 12oz (or 24? sly smiley) and ask, 'Refill, please?' 😀 We can get water 💧jug refills at the grocery store. If you bring back your 1💧gallon or 5💧gallon container, the cost is very cheap; I am definitely thankful for that!

Plus... mini update: Platy's doctor says Platy could carry around something other than water. 😮 She wants me to have something with more nutrition; but I definitely need to stay hydrated, too! 💧
And I have fired that specific dentist.❌ He does know what he's talking about, but I need/want a dentist who will respect me as a person first, and as an adult; and THEN also as a patient. He doesn't get my trust and respect just because his name is on the diploma on the wall. I'm upset with him for several reasons, but showing respect to patients is a big one.
