To all the members that i have listen over time, note that 7cups have some problems with keeping records of the older conversation (<7 days) i would gladly check each one of you to see how you’ve been doing, but i lost all the chat history. Please ping me and i promise that i will try to find a method to keep all your names and checkup on you from time to time (if you want, of course). 🤗

General advice: Try not to entangle with your anxious/intrusive/obsessive thoughts, try to accept all thoughts.
