C from list but we use a lot of the time since of touch like touching a stuffed toy or key-chain one. also touching rocks and water can help too. like touching cold water as it runs. also in nature touching moving water. for us touch helps a lot when overwhelmed. but was not on list but music helps us a lot at times too.
