Ni's Little Solace
Not sure why I am creating this thread exactly, and I'm doing this so late at night as well :') I just felt... like I should do this haha. I do have a one line a day thread although I... don't think I have felt so free over there to write as much as I wished. So I thought maybe... I should just make another thread, a diary perhaps.. where I can really be myself.. and maybe post pictures and quotes, literary quotes maybe... and poems.. specifically haiku hehe. Also vents.. thoughts and maybe letters :')

Crying is a natural emotion and it's okay to cry, but some people don't seem to get it, its okay, we don't need them to dictate how we feel and express our emotions, okie?💗
I relate with the discomfort of crying in front of someone, specially when we feel they'll judge for it. Is it possible to take some time away/ excuse yourself from where your parents are, Nii buddy?

I get it, Nii buddy. 💗 We need that peace and comfort to get those tears flowing. It gets heavy storing them and holding them back, sadly most around wouldn't make it seem like it's okay to let them flow or in front of them (my personal belief on this is that most people often don't know what to say/ do when someone cries in front of them, the most one normally comes up with is "don't cry"~ like yeah? Totally didn't think of it before *-* some would opt for the easier approach and give the "why are you crying?" In the judgiest tone possible~ I find it funny (not), to be honest, seeing how far people go to make you feel worse. 😤 They could always opt in for a third approach of not doing anything and being silent, when someone doesn't have anything good to say, they can still be fruitful by staying silent instead of using it as an opportunity to inflict their insecurity on you in your vulnerable moment, I feel.
Sorry, circling back ~ not many people remind us that there isn't any right time or right place for our emotions, that it's not easy to hold them back always, that the more we hold them in, the harder they protest against us to allow them to *be*, that if we don't befriend our emotions it starts to feel like our emotions are against us, but it's okay, crying isn't weakness, sometimes our eyes and our head won't agree with all the after-heaviness it feels but it still is okie, to let them flow. 💗
Plus hey, the ✨glow✨ after a cry-sesh? It's unmatched, no skincare gets you that rosy blush. I call it a free-salon-sesh! 🥹
Ooh and Nii buddy, my friends aren't allowed to have a free salon sesh without me. 😭 If we cry, we cry togetherrrr! *hugs and cries with youu* 🤗

So true, tbh. I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said here xD when i cry the first thing people around me say is either 1) don't cryyy! or 2) why are you crying??? and... yeah. hehe.
So so true. We really do need space to.. just *be* not be this, or be that, be what mum wants you to be or what dad wants you to be, or what so-and-so says you should be. just be. and if *just being* means crying.. then we should go ahead and cry without having to feel guilty about it, or having to think that crying is wrong.
