*hugs* mom says a majority of my classmates wont be able to get in any uni/college with the marks theyre getting. Thats so hard for me to imagine. Just- no uni. What? Even i cld be unable to go to uni if i dont get it together. Like. Huh? Like. You have to get 90+% in grades 9,10,11 and 12 to get in any uni. Huh?

I made a sort of plan om how to manage all these studies today. Maybe it will work maybe it wont but having a sort of plan helped me calm down so. So. Time to drown swim in studies!

huh indeed omg :') su lemme explain our system :D🤍so you know how most schools grade like A+ B- C+ F- etc? our grading system is kinda similar but with numbers. 1- 1= 1+ 2- 2= 2+ 3- 3= 3+ all the way to 9=. that’s the highest grade you can get. 

Idk if you know what GCSE is. but basically- GCSE is a test- well- more than one test- you take GCSEs in year11(15year olds for my system) 

every unit you take from year9 to year11 is in GCSE- then you take GCSEs at the end of year11(for every subject)

so here’s the grading system. if you get 50% on GCSE test a 7. over that is an 8. 80%+ is a 9. 30% is a 5. the main thing is :3 you only actually *fail* if you get a 3. is 30% is a 5 that means you’d have to get a lot less than 30% to actually fail.

youd have to get a lot less than 30% to fail- above whatever 3 is- you pass and get into uni :P

the grading systems like that cos (cording to teachers) GCSEs are *really* hard.

so the fact you have to get 90%+ is just TvT
