Prioritizing
Hello everyone!
In regards to your personal values, which 3 areas do you prioritize and why?
@sunsetparadise16 community, spirituality and recreation ❤
@Tinywhisper11 community because, I am a resident in a old folks nursing home, I'm only 23, so perhaps not ideal, but just sitting and listening to the old folks here, brings me and them joy. Also being part of 7 cups, well it feels like family here ❤
spirituality, I come from a bad religious background, however my faith in God and angels and heaven is still strong. So much beauty around us, so much to be grateful for ❤
Recreation, cause well I'm quite childlike I suppose, I get over excited at the little things, and see the fun in everything😁
@sunsetparadise16 family, community, and self-care.
Family because they are truly the most important thing in my life and I am incredibly grateful to have such an amazing family. Community because I think it is important to see the world outside of our own immediate family, and self-care because you need to take care of yourself in order to take care of others.

Spirituality, Physical welbeing and education.
@CupcakeCaring it's amazing to see so many people devoted to spirituality here!

@sunsetparadise16, I think personal growth, family relations, and recreation. I'm a massive advocate for self-care, and it's really important for us to partake in when we are feeling stressed (the other 2 things listed here can reeeeeeeaaaaaaally stress a person out :p).

Thank you for asking about my personal values. The three areas I prioritize most are kindness, integrity, and growth. Kindness because it's the essence of connection, integrity because it shapes character, and growth because it fuels my journey towards becoming the best version of myself.

Education, Family, and Parenting.
Not going to lie, I brushed over the family part but then I remembered family doesn't just consist of my parents, aunts and uncles but my siblings as well. So, I put it on the list. I try my best to be there for them and they try their best to be there for me. We're all we have, because we have no family around where we live except our immediate family which is interesting.
Even though I am not a parent, I was forced into a position to act like one from a very young age. I think about what kind of parent I want to be when I do have kids of my own quite often. A lot of the reasons I've stopped bad habits or really tried to understand my emotions and take those steps to better my mental health was because I didn't want to end up like my parents. They have problems and instead of admitting it and getting help they load their problems onto us and that's not fair. So, it's definitely something I prioritize.
Lastly education/personal growth which is technically tied into the parenting one. I want to grow and learn so I can live my life the way I want to. A way where I can love myself and be proud of how far I've come and the things I've accomplished.

Hi, I've been meaning to say 4 of them hehe. But I'll prioritize. First i guess my personal growth/ education and my intimate relationships matter to me. Coz of my college exams and pressure and my journey with the one i love, and for the third, i would say physical well-being. To maintain balance.

The three areas that I prioritize the most would be physical well-being, friendships/social relationships, and education/training/personal growth. Physical well-being has a direct correlation to mental well-being. Staying physically active can help improve one’s mental health. I try to consistently work out whenever I can because it makes me feel accomplished, happy, and just overall good about myself. Friendships/social relationships are also very important in maintaining good mental health. Self Determination Theory states that humans have three fundamental psychological needs: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The need for relatedness means that we require to feel a sense of belonging amongst others. While these psychological needs are important for everyone, they may vary from person to person over which ones are more important than the others. For me, my relatedness need is probably the highest. Education/training/personal growth is something that very intrinsically motivates me. I constantly try to learn as much as I can about things I care about. One of my core beliefs is that you should always try to be a better person than you were yesterday.
It’s interesting to see the different areas we all choose 🤩
for me it’s personal growth, couple relations, and employment
