It is relating to the world around you with a deep, full sense of joy and gratitude, being genuinely thankful, and not being afraid to express it. Benefits of everyday appreciation: * Improved social relationships * Reduced depression * Consistent positive thinking * Improve sleep quality * Lasting joy * Reduce stress * Increase general wellbeing Activity: * Practise showing appreciation every day, drop it into conversations and watch the mood lift!  * Keeping a gratitude diary is also shown to increase wellbeing and positive thinking. Before you go to bed write 1-3 things you were grateful for during that day. (bonus points if your gratitude diary is super cute!) Reflection: What could you say to the next person you see to show appreciation? How do you feel when others express appreciation for you?

...See more Happy Sunday everyone! 🌱 Let's take a small break to think about long-term envisioning and orientation, and some tangible ways to implement it in our lives to boost personal growth and alignment with inner development goals. If you struggle with setting goals or maintaining progress, try the activity below! What is long-term envisioning and orientation? It is living with a focus on the future, embodying your commitment to your long-term goals. It is considering the broader impact of decisions that you make, and ensuring that your decisions align with your goals. Benefits of long-term envisioning and orientation * Boosting self-esteem * Boosting productivity * Fostering a sense of hope * Positive thinking * Building resilience and perseverance * Learning to overcome setbacks * Feelings of accomplishment * Having a sense of organisation * Increase likelihood to achieve goals Activity: 1. Brainstorm your goals. It can be messy, but just get everything out of your head and onto paper. Envision your best possible future in your head. 2. Break the big goals down into smaller, manageable, measurable goals. 3. Add a motivation to each of your goals. Why do you want to do this? 4. Design pathways/systems to help you achieve each goal. What specific steps will you take? 5. Identify challenges/roadblocks that might be in your way. How will you overcome them? 6. Embody your goals. Celebrate your small wins. Allow yourself to be proud! Reflection: Reflect on how far you've come from where you used to be.
