What's your most recent achievement?
I have been able to calm myself after anxiety attacks. ANd I have found God again.
@cacooter13 We have a teenage son that has panic attacks. He had one at a concert the other night that was freaking him out it took him about 40 minutes to calm down. Would love to know what works for you. His psychiatrist wants him to up his antidepressant.
Finally had the courage to ask for professional help in managing my anger issues

I took some very good care of myself today, got some rest as well, reflected and journaled.By doing so I made myself very happy and after yesterday's crying made myself to smile again!^^
I made a mental health plan with records for the next 2 weeks that I'm really commited in fulfilling!
@Pedro4TheWin1992 - WOW, that's awesome! How has it been going in keeping up with it this week?
@Anomalia
Some things are easier to follow/adopt than others and this is still a long hard process, but things are going well, steady. Plus I got a job interview that went by really well today, even though I felt really bad after it.
Getting through such a stressful semester.
@blueTown8541 - Well done and congratulations on getting through it!
@Anomalia Thanks
Overcame anxiety sitting in an Imax theater before my date arrived (late) by breathing, removing the 3D glasses and looking around, and loosening my body, muscles, and noticed I was grabbing the seat really hard. Even though the music was loud and there was a lot of action, I knew I was safe, knew I was ok, and told myself that, and told myself "calm, calm, I'm here, I'm ok, I'm breathing, everything is going to be fine." And it was! After my date arrived I felt much better and really enjoyed the movie with no anxiety, as I knew I would! #simplesteps
I have been following my goals to the best of my ability and getting back on track whenever I fall off.
