@azureSkies5183 have you ever found that small smoothies are easier than eating? I had a therapist tell me that once so I try to remember that.

I cleaned my house with the help of my mum and dad. It was that bad I got that depressed I couldnt sat in room and anxious I could start but we have done a lot feel better for it πŸ¨πŸ¨πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ˜€. Gives in a πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘

Well I replaced a couple of supplements that I think really keep me in check and help me sleep better! Sounds silly but sometimes getting to the store is the biggest pain in the rear!🀨

I lost some weight . Back in May I was 254 now I'm 242.2

Had to go to the emergency room last night for bleeding that wouldn't stop... but made progress learning I have fibroids and am not anemic! Got blood tests back that were very good. Starting to feel like I'm getting some answers for what's going on in my wild perimenopause ride!

After so much of negativety,now I have started feeling better again.After feeling hopeless for so long but now I feel that there is still a little light despite of all the darkness.Now since I have been so dependent on others before and now that I have done it myself,I am proud of myself!Thak you,you,me.
