In fact, I am constantly looking for new things to do. At first I tried to focus only on reading books, then on painting. But unexpectedly for myself I discovered somatic dancing, and all thanks to the well-chosen information I found here https://betterme.world/articles/somatic-dance/ . Now it's much easier for me to cope with this problem and distract myself.
