Good question! I think going for a little walk in the evening with a cup of tea is much needed today.

That is wonderful!! <3 hope you will enjoy the walk and tea, such a lovely way to wind down. It is getting very late here so for me for sure going to sleep on time (or at least try to rest <3) .

Walking is good. I walk my dog every evening after dinner for about 15 min. Helps me clear my mind.

Most of all, I like to take care of myself in terms of an active and healthy lifestyle. I have been trying not to miss workouts, eat right and follow useful content for a long time. Now I'm trying a new walking routine that I read about here https://betterme.world/articles/walking-4-miles-a-day/. Now I'm happy that I can easily bring my body all the benefits it needs

@mia0davis that sounds amazing! I should start doing that too. I occasionally run but not on schedule. I also try to meditate and paint to keep my mind at peace. ✌️

Taking care of 

the body…..walking in the morning and evening along with other physical exercises 


the mind……meditation, yoga, sleep, thinking positively, being happy, socializing, listening to music
