juicing !

any juicers out there?. i recently began juicing my fruits and veggies in the morning to be able to consume more nutrients in a shorter amount of time. in one month i have noticed a difference in my energy and mood levels, not only do i feel energized for the day, but i feel happier too. especially in accordance to a productive schedule. i have also noticed a difference in my skin, which is clear and smooth. due to the higher intake of vitamins and minerals, i have noticed an improvement in my sleep patterns as well as my dreams, which are more vivid and memorable. overall its been a positive experence so far and i would like to continue. give me your thoughts

@younity I for one also do this. I can't do it in the morning so I often do it during the night. I most of the time use lettuce, bell peppers, green apple and sometimes I add spinach in my veggie juices. It certainly do a lot of good things insde and out. Initially, all you'll notice is the good over all external effect of the juices but in the long run, if you'll be consistent with it, the juices also cleanses you internally. Just keep it up.

@CallMeSimon that sounds great. i usually switch it up but mainly use things like carrots, kale,lemons, cucumbers and apples. i will definitely keep it up (:

I might have to try this with fruit cause I'm lacking vitamins and that and I'm always tired and worn out and no energy I'll have to buy a juicer when I can get one thank you for this I'll definitely have to try this cause I love my bananas strawberries and rock melon and watermelon cause I want to make fruit smoothies for myself and daughter I was going to go see doctors about this Bs I got but I'll try this and see how it helps thanks :)

@BrightRedFlower2322 yes definitely give it a shot. fruits are always good but just watch the sugar intake. i would recommend a mix of both fruits and veggies. but yeah, play around and experiment with it and see what works. good luck (: , write an update once you get started.

@younity thank you I'll definitely post an update once I get start probably won't be for awhile haha lol but I will post I will experiment with both fruits and veggies I love carrots yumm :)

I'm glad to hear that you're looking towards a healthier you :) Although you may not have a juicer yet, and seeing as you love carrots already, there's nothing wrong with experimenting with different fruits and veggies that you would want to juice (or choose to keep eating whole) when you do eventually get one!
