Hello and welcome to this safe corner of the internet we like to call 7 Cups of Tea. I’m a thoughtful active listener with an evolving background in cognitive psychology. Helping people work through relationships, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, emotions, and sleep issues gives me a sense of fulfillment and piques my interest because I enjoy walking alongside people as they embark on their emotional journeys.  I believe that each person holds entirely unique stories and experiences that are just waiting to be discovered and shared with others who are deemed trustworthy. I would love to join those precious few and be allowed to help you understand and explore your personal struggles.
