What is your current workout routine? If not current routine what are your fitness goals? Do you change it up seasonally? Do you prefer to be active in a group setting or alone ??

The following may be a little long or in depth because working out, wellness, and fitness is one of my passions in life.....I'm very excited about this post....lol.....
What is your current workout routine?
I try to work out 5 or 6 days a week. I do cardio in the form of indoor or outdoor bike, elliptical, or stair stepper at least 3 maybe 4 times a week, and do strength training on the opposite days...I don't lift heavy, I don't want to be bulked, I just want to maintain what I have as I age.....I use Saturday as a make up day if I missed a day or I do some sort of cardio with my girlfriend even if I did make the other 5 days only because Saturday is the only day I get to workout with and support her
If not current routine what are your fitness goals?
I don't really have fitness goals. I workout for my own health, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am in constant competition with myself. I am a data junkie and always trying to equal or best my last distance, time, weight, etc....
Do you change it up seasonally? I ride outdoors April to October and switch to indoor spin bike the other winter months. Weather also dictates my rides because I am a fair weather rider...I like to enjoy my rides, not suffer through them due to rain, wind, cold, etc
Do you prefer to be active in a group setting or alone ??
I would rather alone....I have a garage gym with all the fixins and a spin bike. I will go to planet fitness with my girlfriend though because she likes the weight machines there better than the weights in the garage, and we don't have an elliptical, which is her cardio of choice. With that said, my spin bike is an Echelon "connect" bike with a screen so I can do live online classes with others, or on demand classes. Its sort of a group class but I'm alone in the room lol.....suits me just fine...

(And that's without the times 2, also, if I were to use my full deadname, I would still have 6 more excersizes to go)

Mine has a lot going on and I have a bad knee is it cool if I just do some yoga until my knee gets better???

Thankyou for letting me know I was referred here by a health coach from Charlie health and I'm hoping to meet and talk with others that have a similar experience and situations going on in there lives like I have going on in mine

What is your current workout routine? My current workout routine is bike about 3 miles and then go to the track near my local school and walk. If not current routine what are your fitness goals?
