What are you doing to utilize your time during lockdown/ self-isolation?
I know it isn't an easy time for anyone and all feeling stressed and challenged. But to stay safe, this is only option available to all of us right now.
So, What are you doing to utilize your time during lockdown/ self-isolation?
Uhh i mostly listen to music , and watch Shows it kinda helps with forgeting everything 😁
I'm a textile artist and I've been learning some new embroidery stitches and working on various projects, catching up on netflix shows, and baking! Listening to music has been helping me a lot, especially my positivity and my dance playlists. Going on a walk every day that the weather is nice is also incredible, just getting a change of scenery and air is so very helpful.
I'm trying to resurrect some hobbies and interests! I'm learning a language again, listening on 7 cups again, and getting things done around the house. I'm calling family and friends, I'm cooking and exercising. I hope I can get into and stay in a good routine.
Hope everyone is holding on and finding the silver lining.
I am babysitting my cousins, doing my schoolwork, watching videos on YouTube, reading books, watching Doctor Who or playing The Sims 4

Givent my line of work, things have gotten A LOT busier for me. I'm trying to finish up my third year of nursing school, plus keep a fulltime job at a group home. It's a little exhausting, but it feels so good to help people.
When I actually have spare time at home, I like to drink tea and read/write. It doesn't happen very often but I enjoy it.
I'm always lookingfor more hobby suggestions as well ... :P
During this crisis time and staying at home, I am focusing on my health doing exercise, and also doing some counselling course to fill my toolbox with new skill, which will be needed after crisis is over.
@what counselling course are you doing?
tbh I've been spending a lot of time working on school (I do online school so we don't get any extra time off 😔) and painting! the pressure of painting is pretty stressful, but it keeps my mind busy from worrying about everything else going on
I have keeping myself quite busy during this time. I teach English as a second language on line and have 2 private students a week, I do a 30 min zumba class each day and I'm working up to 25 push ups (not bad for a woman of 60. I am learning Chinese. I try as much as I can to keep a normal schedule, shower each day, put on make up and clothing and get outside each day. It's easier for me than others I think because I have been retired for the last 4 years. Still...I have my moments of loneliness which is why I came here in the first place. I enjoy helping others in need here by listening to them and I don't have to leave my house.
I've been taking this time to try and do the stuff I used to enjoy doing. I made a to-do list, and I'm hoping to play the guitar again and read more. I even bought a hula hoop, and I've been having fun with that.
Nothing as I am currently not bound to lockdown as a home health nurse. I am trying to just survive.
