I think it should be called, "Mod Call Form," how do I vote?
@BreadBed
The original post has a link "Vote Here!" Clicking on that will redirect to a Google Form where you can select the option for "Mod Call Form".
@PuzichkinCat
i would like to vote for
Mod Call Form
the other names are brilliant, but i feel like the new members/listeners would find it easier to understand
@PuzichkinCat I'd vote for Moderator Request Form. As a newbie, I was super confused about what the link was at first so it's best to keep it simple, professional, and straightforward. The other options are really good but frankly, I don't think this is the time for creativity. :)
@xinyii11 @Affy Avo (sorry I cannot remember who started this thread) @xe ?
imo thinking about how a new user would see it is very important. Those of you who have mentioned newbies ( @xinyii11 👍 ) - thank you :)
As to the question of this thread, I <3 the "Come hitherto us, Mod (please!)" but it is very English. I'm unsure if persons for whom English is not their first language would know the meaning. (If so, good and please accept my apologies.)
Perhaps something very basic something like "Request Mod here" may be just enough. I guess as long as the Mods all know that "request Mod" is like the same as like "Please come, now!" or 'we need you!' :) Platy
@PuzichkinCat please see above

Agreed Platypus ^^ (the one who started this thread is Puzichkin, yes) your feedback is duly noted.
We will ensure that the name is accessible and self explanatory to newbies.
The purpose of the form being direct and understandable to all english speakers is definitely essential.
Agrees with the insight that the moderators know the urgency and purpose of the form as a call for help, despite any name changes. They definitely do.
Thank you for your valuable input and feedback Platypus ^^
Moderator Request Form (Urgent)
Newbies may not understand what "mod" means, particularly if they aren't familiar with English abbreviations.
This is a good point.
7 Cups attracts all kinds of people of all ages. Not everyone is going to understand internet language such as mod. Being clear what it's referring to, keeping in mind those who don't know the shorthand terms, is the best route to go imo.
Here for you. Stay strong/ Stay calm.

@PuzichkinCat if we want it be found essilly by the newbies and non native speakers, "mod" is not the best term.
Moderator request form seems the best in the choices suggested. maybe include "(urgent)" or "(emergency)" to keep the emergency purpose of this and its not be called every time someone just want company from experienced listener.
Why not "Moderator Request Form (urgent)"
and put it earlier in the rules. "you are expected follow the following rules at all time, if someone else is not respecting those rules..."
even those who read rules have trouble to find the form in the last ones, bring it on top of rules would make it easier for sure. Maybe even with the participant list (so in both places) with something like "are you looking for a moderator? click here". like many people seek there first when they wonder who is the mod online, rather than rules.
