@Hope That it can make you do desperate things such as trying to make someone love you, someone unavailable, and then settle for crumbs of their love

It doesn’t just “go away” it grows with us.
As we grow bigger in life the grief starts to grow smaller, but it never disappears.
it will hit you the hardest when you are alone.
@Hope You have to do everything you used to do with them but now in grief--car rides, shopping trips, birthdays, holidays, etc. And even though time moves on, you just can't. It does get a little easier but it's not that simple.
Time makes you numb ..you adapt to the new normal .pain feels the same
