Mantras To Live By
A mantra is "a word or phrase that is repeated often or that expresses someone's basic beliefs."
A mantra is a self affirmation that you can repeat & think to yourself. Itcan help you be reflective about your personal thought patterns and work on improving them. Pick 1 or 2 that you want to work on and make a commitment to thinking them this week. Say them to youself when you wake up in the morning and before bed.
Let us know how it goes! You can create your own & share them here. Here are a few for you to start with:
I love myself and accept myself in this moment.
I forgive myself.
Keep your head up & your heart open.
My life is a magical gift.
This too shall pass.
I am strong & vibrant. I bring my unique opinions & world view to everything that I do.
I will accept the change that I cannot change.
The person is politcal

Hope for the best expect the worst.
My US History teacher in high school would always say "Ganas," which can mean like, win or the desire to win/succeed. We went to a racially diverse school with not-so-good test scores, so it's good to have teachers who have so much faith in us to still succeed and do great things in life.
I don't use this very often, but maybe I should. One girl from the graduating year before me uses it a lot, and she seems to be very happy with her life. She's at a good college and seems to be doing quite well.
So when you're feeling like something's impossible,GANAS
Walk in someone else's shoes before you judge them

"How you feel is irrelevant to doing what's right."
"Nothing in the external world can heal an internal deficiency."
i say this to myself in most of the situations "DO UR BEST GOD WILL DO THE REST"
"Not Everything is Survivable, Just Everything Except the last thing is"
This one from Bob Dylan seems to me to be appropriate to so many things that seek to bring us down.
I can see that your head
Has been twisted and fed
With worthless foam from the mouth
I can tell you are torn
Between stayin' and returnin'
Back to the South
You've been fooled into thinking
That the finishin' end is at hand
Yet there's no one to beat you
No one to defeat you
'Cept the thoughts of yourself feeling bad
