Step 56. Learning to go easy on myself. I cannot change the past, so stop dwelling on it and work at growing and becoming a better person for my future. Some areas of my recent study include mastering communication skills specifically assertiveness, proper parenting, the law of attraction and setting boundaries.

Oh milestone step post that's pretty cool

I've learned throughout my journey that while random thoughts and feelings are okay, they do not have to define me, and I can create my own world through my thoughts and intentions. Just let the unwanted thoughts and feelings come, accept they exist, and give them no more energy than that

A lot is proverbally changing the color of the filter on the projector, (like Inside Out I guess huh) and guiding yourself to change your view of memories and past events to suit the person you are becoming

Though whether or not I've put these things into practice is another thing haha

Im currently at 250. Its amazing how much calmer you feel, even if you take such simple steps and just give yourself time.

Hello! Completed step 50. I am often seeing the things negative and even small things can make me feel like everything is going wrong in my life. I learned to be aware every day of the things which are working out things what I have or could manage or did accomplish. 🌸
