One thin I've learned is that cbt works best when I do a structured exercise, usualy a worksheet, at least once each day.

Ice water is great.
I've reached my 200th step. I feel a lot more in control of my emotions. The people around me have noticed this change that I am much more positive much more restrained When angry and I let things go faster. Yay!!

Step 460! I have learned that every day is a challenge, but taking steps helps to combat anxiety.
Step 40. I've learned to separate my thoughts/beliefs about an event from what actually happened and to keep going regardless. It might not be as bad as you think!
