I just reached step 70 in my Growth Patch. Yeey 😊

I've learned that every step I take, even the most difficult ones... especially the difficult ones, are important to taking me where I want to be. And I've learned that it's okay to ask for help carrying the burden. The people, my chosen listener in particular, here have given me much strength and for that I am incredibly grateful.

Im learning that negative feelings pass. I just have to recognize that I have them and if theres something to be done for relief, do it; and if not, just let time take care of it.
